1. International mobility – Exchange students
In order to encourage international educational experiences, the service promotes, coordinates and supports the programmes of international mobility. In particular:
- supports students interested in mobility programmes
- provides teachers proposing exchanges
- applies procedures for international funding and exchanges programmes
- organizes orientation arrangements
- promotes strategies of international educational experiences
- it’s in charge of assisting foreign students who decide to spend a period of vocational training abroad in joining Leonardo, LLP Erasmus placement and MAE-CRUI programmes
2. Foreign Students Desk for international students
The Office for international Students is in charge of assisting foreign students, regularly enrolled at the University of Bologna. The foreign students’ desk is a welcome, orientation and information point for international students which choose Rimini Campus as seat of their studies.
The office offers the following services:
- Administrative and instructive support concerning registration procedures, courses enrolment and recognition of academic qualifications
- Information about: degree courses, services provided at Rimini Campus (Italian languages courses at CLIRO language centre, cultural paths for foreign students, services for disabled and for psychological help etc.), accommodation, students associations, canteens, study halls, transports, leisure time, health care.
- Telephone information and via e-mail.
- Support and Assistance prior the enrolment for students with lack of preparation in Italian language.
3. Internship office
Students of following degree courses will find assistance and support:
- Industrial Chemistry
- Pharmacy
- Arts and Humanities
- Statistical Sciences
The Internship Service encourages the connection between the University and companies, offering useful assistance to students (from guidance to the choice of the structure/firm to the collection of documents necessary for the final certification, maintaining relations with the competent Faculty bodies and the Student registry office).
